Description1 page double-sided typed letter to Mary Fujii from George Shichitaro Fujii in Fort Lincoln Internment Camp in Bismarck, North Dakota on March 27, 1942. George requests 25 ledgers from Mary, copy bank information, to inquire to JACL about typhoid and smallpox vaccinations that Japanese Americans are getting before evacuation, to keep only $100 on her and the rest of their money in a bank so that Mary remains safe.

On verso, there is a handwritten letter on Eagle Rock Oyster Co. letterhead to George Fujii from his wife, Mary Fujii that is not dated.

A purple stamp reads "DETENTION ALIEN, ENEMY MAIL, EXAMINED, BY ...., U.S.A. & N.S." on both recto and verso.
