Description1 paged typed letter to Mary Misao Fujii in Long Beach, Washington from George Fujii, in Fort Lincoln Internment Camp in Bismarck, North Dakota on April 9, 1942. George writes about the upcoming evacuation and how he thinks they will be living in barracks similar to what he is currently in, the death of a friend's wife, discusses business with the Swinomish Indian Tribal community. On lower left-hand corner, a difficult to read purple square stamp reads "DETENTION ALIEN, ENEMY MAIL, EXAMINED, BY ...., U.S.A. & N.S." On bottom of page, he handwrote the following note: "Did you fix the insurance?"
