Description1 Photographic 8x10 negative : b&w ; Photographed on Agfa Safety Film. Image of a funeral party standing behind a casket and large flower wreaths outside of Evergreen Crematorium in Hollywood. At the bottom center of the negative it reads, “Funeral of the late Kichinosuke Oda / Tanaka Studio L.A. June 10th 1937 taken at Los Angeles Evergreen Crematorium.” One (1) glassine envelope that the negative was stored in reads, “No. JUN 10 1937 / Name T. Oda / Order 2604 E. 2nd St. L.A.” On the right side of the photograph is handwritten Japanese kanji.
