Description1 Photographic 8x10 negative : b&w ; Photographed on Agfa Safety Film. A young woman holding a biwa sits on a stage decorated with large bouquets of flowers and an American Flag and a Japanese Flag. In the bottom left hand corner of the negative it reads, “MARCH 6 1938” and in the bottom right hand corner it reads, “Tanaka Studio.” One (1) glassine envelope that the negative was stored in reads, “No. March 6 1936 / Name Shimazu / Retouched 12 8x10 / Order Finished 1 16x20.” On the right side of the envelope it reads, “by Furuya.”
