Description1 wooden case for quill pen. 1 nib holder carved from wood and painted with a clear varnish finish. The holder is carved flat at the top to simulate a feather. The holder is made from 3 pieces of wood with a thinner and lighter color separating them. Beyond the curved flat shape the holder becomes cylinder in shape. The maker has engraved at the top: Manzanar 12-18-1944 by S. Wakahiro.
