Tatsumi writes about things and places under construction, more goods are getting to Camp Carson and thanks to men like Tatsumi, the new recruits won't be sleeping on the floor, that he is for the war bonds and asks Mas, "You don't want to see us guys become the prisoner of Japan, do you?," Mas's job is to make the USA a democratic and free nation, ends the letter with a drawing of his face.
