Description1 Photographic 8x10 negative : b&w ; Photographed on Agfa Safety Film. Image of a mother, daughter and father holding his son in his lap. The young boy wears a kimono. The family stands next to a Boy’s Day display. At the bottom of the negative is a caption written in Japanese which reads, “Yasoichi Nomura’s first Boy’s Day / May 5th 1937.” One (1) glassine envelope that the negative was stored in reads, “No. MAY 5 - 1937 / Name Nomura / Remarks 12 8x10 B.W. / $18.00.” One piece of scrap paper containing the caption on the negative.
