Studio portrait of a family, parents sitting with one young boy standing next to them and three young men standing behind them. One glassine envelope that the negative was stored in reads, "No. 35430 Mar 2 - 1935 / Name M. Adashi / Order 12 6 x 8 B.W.” to the right of these details it reads “retouch / 16.00”
Inside the glassine envelope are two identical receipts which read, “Tanaka Photo Studio / 313 ½ East First Street / Los Angeles, Calif., Mar 2 - 1935 193_ / Mr. M. Adashi No 7315 / Rt. 1. 1521 [illegible] Calif. / 12 6x8 photos / Sales Test / 12.00/40 / 16.40” In the upper left corner details of Tanaka studios are given in Japanese.
