DescriptionAutobiographical essay and other assignments written by Yorimi Matsumoto, dated 1943. The assignments were written as a part of Garrett Starmer's Senior Problems Class in the Tule Lake High School. In his autobiograpy, Yorimi writes that Japan is one of the "greatest countries in the world, but a menace to the cause of democracy." He writes that he has inherited the physical characteristics of Japan, but that he has adopted "American Principles" and is proud to be Japanese American
