Description2 Photographic 8x10 negatives : b&w ; Photographed on Agfa Safety Film. Two of a large group of people sitting around three tables with plates, pitchers and bouquets. On the bottom right hand side of both negatives in Japanese it reads, “Sotoshi’s Inomata’s farewell party / April 21st 1935 / At Kawafukutei / Tanaka Photo Studio / L.A. / APR, 21, 1935.” One (1) glassine envelope that the negative was stored in reads, “No. 35481 April 1 1935 / Name Inomata / Reorder 3/7/36 1 8x10 Mariko.” On the right side of the envelope is handwritten Japanese kanji. One small piece of scrap paper with the caption of the photo handwritten on it.
