Description1 paged letter typed on a 3-ring paper to Koh Murai in McGehee, Arkansas in the Rohwer Concentration Camp from Hugo W. Wolter in Washington D.C. on December 15, 1944. Wolter writes to Koh that they have been trying to get in contact with him in Lincoln, Nebraska concerning a position in a Division, he suggests to Koh to write a petition to Mr. Edward Ennis to change his situation from parole to release, and they agreed with Koh that Louisiana would be a profitable area for resettlement.
