On lower right is a faint stamp that reads, "By: K to be filed".
On verso in graphite pencil reads, "Rec'd telegram from Mr. [illegible] concerning THREE HUNDRED STOP THANKS VERY MUCH + MERRY XMAS LETTER FOLLOWING".
