DescriptionPostcard size painting of a row of barracks with hills and craggy mountains in the background. There are 4 large barracks in the right foreground with smaller barracks fading into the distance. Barracks are dark brown with gray roof and single smoke stack. The ground is bare in shades of brown, gray and forest green. A brown road extends diagonally into the distance. In the far distance is a blue mountain with touches of white. The sky is painted with fluffy pale blue, lavender and white clouds. Parts of the beige paper are unpainted, especially in the sky and along left and bottom edges.
