Dearest Molly!
Because you're engaged, I'm so excited-crazy, but I can't help it! Just read your letter! Honest, Mol-it's a thrill-we must all be growing up-My goodness-you're engaged! I'm very glad-only wish I knew who he is and what he looks like-what kind of a person he is, and-well Molly, he must be swell-he'd better be-oh golly, it's swell!
Glad to hear Miyeko and Mrs. Sasaki had the opportunity to go back. Well Molly, I guess I'll be content with De Kall and Chicago for another year-I'm attending school-majoring in English and my minor is Speech. It's a Teacher's College, but I've enrolled as a special student-an so have to pay about $50.00 more than a regular student per year-bet it's worth it! Say, what is your ambition-aside from being married? Care to let me in on it? As for me-I don't know yet Molly-only a freshman.
My folks and Kaz are still in camp. Molly, I hate to brag, but Kaz really blossomed out-guess she's the pride of the family. Dad is weak and can't do very much-
How is Joyce Washington? I haven't heard form her for quite awhile-hope everything is getting along smoothly for her!
It's 1:p.m.-better sign off-
Will write again
Bye and
Love, June
My regards to your Mother, father, and Atoy!
