Description1 letter written on a 3-ring lined composition paper to Kotaro from Koh on July 9, 1942. Koh writes from Fort Missoula about a stove that is the same color as Kotaro's college colors, UC Berkley is trying to find a way to let Japanese American students finish their courses, that his mind is unshaken, and asks for Kotaro's mother to acknowledge matters that he wrote about.

On the lower left of letter, a hard to read purple square stamp reads "DETENTION ALIEN, ENEMY MAIL, EXAMINED, BY [illegible], U.S.A. & N.S." Signature on stamp is written in red ink.
