DescriptionBlack sumie ink painting of 2 black birds (raven? Crow?) in flight o cream colored matt paper. The birds are positioned on the center and right side of the paper and flying to the left. The larger bird is shown full body with wings below his body and mouth open. It is positioned in center of paper. The second bird in behind and above the bird in the center. The second bird has wings spread in flight and mouth closed. Part of the tail of the second bird is painted off the paper's edge. The background is plain cream paper. There is a single Japanese character in black ink and a hanko stamp (Japanese character in a circle) in the LR corner. The hanko stamp is black ink but faded. One small spot of black ink is above the Japanese character and appears to be a small stroke of a calligraphy pen.
