DescriptionBlack and white home movie footage of Jerome concentration camp outside Denson, Arkansas, filmed by Tamotsu Aoki, circa 1943 to 1944. Footage shows Aoki family members around their barracks. Many long panning shots of barrack exteriors. Men are seen engaging in various activities - loading crates, digging, and picking potatoes. The film is overall fairly scratched and faint. The Aokis at Jerome included Tamotsu and Mitsuko (husband and wife); children Eleanor, Stanley, Albert, Mildred, and Amy; and grandparents Naohe and Tome Aoki.
