Description1 piece of paper with writing on front and back, regarding Wasaji Tanaka's military service. In the top center of the paper is a picture of an eagle with his wings spread out, a shield covers his body, has a ribbon in his beak that says "E. Pluribus Unum", his claws hold a laurel branch and arrows, and above his head is a circle with stars in the center. In lower portion of both sides are stamped notations, such as dates and names. Back side has Tanaka's "enlistment record", like where he served in Europe and with which Army units.
