Member of 100th Infantry Battalion, receiving Combat Infantryman's Badge, Bronze Star, Distinguished Unit Citation. The United States Army officially accepted his design logo for the 100th. Exhibition at the Honolulu Academy of Arts, Honolulu, Hawaii in 1991, featuring 40 pastels and watercolors of his visions of France and Italy during his tour of duty with the 100th. (04.22.2009 cht)
