Description1 photographic print : b&w ; North side of East First Street, View of 1st Street, between Central Avenue and San Pedro Street in Little Tokyo. Three different signs designed as Happi Coats are hung above the streets and read from left to right, "まつり [Matsuri]," "26th Nisei Week Festival, Aug 13 - 21st," "Ondo." On a flag on the center left side reads, "加州毎日 [Kashu Mainichi]," to the right of the flag is a sign for Bunkado. Various individuals walk on the sidewalks and cross the street.
