Description1-page appeal for parole by Peruvian-Japanese Chuhei Kato, T-17,at Crystal City detention facility on June 10, 1947. The appeal was sent to District Director at the San Antonio Immigration and Naturalization Service and asks for the special consideration of their case to permit them to be paroled to Stockton, California, where their sponsor, Akira Mizuno, will give them a place to stay and live. The Kato family consists of Chuhei, Michiko, Tadahiko, Luisa Fumiko, Felicita Chieko, Guillermina Mieko, Eugenia Yoshiko, Francisco Tadaaki, Victoria Setsuko, and Ricardo Tadanori.
