Description2-page letter by Iwao Shimizu in the Crystal City detention center to Mr. Makio Kobayashi at 119 B. Hoover Annex, Seabrook, New Jersey on February 20, 1947. Shimizu writes in response to Kobayashi's registered mail of February 13, enclosing a copy of hectographed Japanese language notice for Seabrook group which the office Shimizu works for issued prior to Kobayashi's departure, that H.W. Letts who represented Seabrook Farms made a verbal statement that all transportation costs will be paid by the company, that they would not ship the objects to Utah where Kobayashi's son was, and that he must reach out to Letts.
