Koh writes to his son that he has jointly purchased a house in Denver, Colorado with Dr. P. M. Suski who he met in Heart Mountain and put it under Mitzu's name, he shares the cost of the house and that the seller will be leaving for California on December 20th and then they will move in, that Kotaro received a Christmas invitation by Rev. H. Kano of Milwaukee, Wisconsin to speak with their son Cyrus about M.I.T. and other technical institutions on the East Coast.
