Description1 letter written on a 3-ring lined composition paper to Kotaro from Mitzu Fukui (Murai) on April 17, 1943. Mitzu writes to her son that she hopes to leave the internment camp by Thursday or Friday, that Mr. Twakey sent a wire to Washington D.C. to allow Mitzu to leave clearance to visit Kotaro, asks Kotaro to explain to Father Barne about the delay and to thank him for keeping the job open, that Koh wrote to Mitzu saying he was pleased that Kotaro found Mitzu a job in a Catholic hospital, about the money Kotaro is supposed to receive from his father; Mitzu mentions she will have 2 suitcases, 1 sleeping bag, 2 canvas bags, and 2 boxes.
