Description1 page, double-sided letter handwritten on a 3-ring paper to Kotaro from Koh Murai from Rohwer Concentration Camp on May 21, 1945. Koh writes to his son that he returned to Rohwer from Louisiana and received his letters, that the Louisiana project failed because of public outcry and politicians who were against people with Japanese ancestry to purchase land, the City of New Orleans has been accepting of Japanese Americans, asks if Kotaro can look in some containers for him, he hopes that Kotaro is doing well with his studies.
