Description1 page, double sided handwritten letter on a 3-ring paper to Kotaro from Koh Murai on February 2, 1945 from Rohwer Concentration Camp. Koh writes to his son asking him why he decided not apply for further study at Cal State or Pasadena, he is working on a large proposition to move people from the camps to New Orleans and will leave again the next Monday, and to continue to study.
