DescriptionUnstretched. Image of an alley and the side of an old house in the French commune of Voulangis, France. With many of his paintings, the foreground begins from the right to left. The house and surrounding wall is a blend of white, gray, and blue with a brick lined entrance; in the foreground, a dirt alley is empty except for one figure wheeling a wheelbarrow full of grain (?). The sky blends blue, white, and gray for a cloudy appearance.
