DescriptionLetter from John (Sohei) Hohri to Harold Landon, dated April 13, 1942. Letter in pencil on unlined paper, written in all capital letters. Includes a chart for Harold to fill in scores from a Manuel Arts vs. University H.S. track meet. Sohei includes drawings of pole vaults and hurdles, and mentions that he has moved again. Drawings include an opened suitcase featuring a rolled up document ("Landon's Masterpiece"), snow topped mountains, a barracks building, and a boy getting immunized against typhoid (hurt face with a giant syringe). He writes about activities at camp: a climbing rope, a horizontal bar, and a side horse. Drawings include a boy climbing the rope, a boy balancing on the side horse, a caricature of Bob Landon in striped pajamas, and a disgusted face held on a post.
