DescriptionVertical watercolor painting of 3 red-orange goldfish in blue green water. The background is fully washed in shades of blue-green. There are 3 horizontal lines with no color - only the off-white color of the paper. The top fish is swimming downward with fins extended from sides and 2 black eyes. The middle fish is pale in color, body is barely visible, is swimming toward the LL with 2 black eyes. The fish at the bottom is a side view, swimming to the left + only 1 black eye visible. On the right side in center are faint strokes in gray suggesting greenery underwater. In LR corner is Japanese writing in black ink and an oval, red hanko stamp left side edge of paper is leathery finish. The texture of the paper is visible through the paint.
