DescriptionPostcard size painting of a guard tower outside of barbed wire fencing and a short wooden fence. There are power poles along the road with wires connecting them. 2 other small buildings (water tower? Guard tower?) are outside the fencing as well. The background is brown hills and green and gray flat land. The foreground is green with spots of yellow near the wooden fence. The sky is a light blue wash with fluffy blue and white clouds. Portions of the beige paper are unpainted, especially around sides and along bottom edge.
