DescriptionOne (1) color portrait of a pink box of Umeya’s fortune cookies taken by Toyo Miyatake Studio. The cover the box features the illustration of two girls carrying a stick between them with a banner hanging over it which reads “Umeya’s Fortune Cookies” and “辻占” (tsujiura, a Japanese word which refers to the paper inside a fortune cookie). Three fortune cookies are placed in front of the box. Stamped on the back of the photograph in blue ink reads “Toyo Miyatake Studio 318 First St Los Angeles 12 [illegible].”
