DescriptionPencil line drawing filled in with watercolor on heavy matt board. A series of blue green buildings with white roofs and many windows along the sides. 3 buildings face the road and entrance. There are long covered corridors to the next rows of buildings (12) behind the first 3. The second row has 11 buildings perpendicular to the long building that runs parallel to the street. In the back are 2 additional smaller buildings. All buildings are on a green grassy area with trees with green, olive green, light brown and brown foliage. In the distance the ground is tan and light brown. The mountains are gray. At bottom right is stencil letters in red "MANZANAR HOSPITAL." Art is signed and dated in black ink in BR "Henry Fukuhara 8-4-42."
