1P and 6N: James Nakagawa, Los Angeles Sister City representative, and George Saiki, representative of Los Angeles Mayor Sam Yorty, present books to Head Commander Okawa who receives it on behalf of the children of Nagoya, Sister City of Los Angeles on the ship's deck. Okawa wears dress white uniform in center holding two books next to Nakagawa and Saiki in suits. They are flanked by eight boys, five in Boy Scout uniforms of Los Angeles Troop 361. Two scouts hold a "ALL" box labeled, "13 America's History", in front of stacked boxes at left. (Published 09.10.1968)
