DescriptionWatercolor on paper. Paper has rough cut edges on top, left and bottom edges. Right side edge is cut clean and straight. Horizontal watercolor painting. In foreground are 2 dark green tree clusters with tall branches that reach to the sky. Foliage on trees is dark green, gray, red and olive green. Ground in foreground with trees is dark reddish brown, black and gray. In sandy brown and tan center area is a group of 3 people in brown and red wearing hats. In background are barracks with gray sides and white roofs. Power lines and power poles are visible. Mountains in background are brown with black outlines. Sky is barely visible behind tree foliage but is in shades of tan and light blue. Art is signed and dated in bottom right "Henry Fukuhara 10-25-42" in pencil.
