Description1-page handwritten letter written on scrapbook paper on May 23, 1945. On top left corner is a 3 9/16" x 2 1/2" inch black and white photographic print of a young girl in a Girl Scouts uniform and cap, sitting on mound of cotton, with hands raised high with fistful of cotton. Four black photo corners pasted around the print. Around the print reads a note from Virginia in blue ink, that she hopes for Ruth's success for the future and good luck in scouting. On center right, a note from Sumiko Kanagae writes about luck and happiness to be with Ruth. On bottom left corner, a note from Chieno Nakanishi writes about wishing Ruth all the happiness.
