Brick building has windows. Appears to be some sort of truck loading dock with adjacent 1 story extension with painted sign along parapet "...metal company". Evacuees appear to be in family groups, mostly dressed like they are going on a pleasure or business trip, men wearing suits and hats and women in Sunday coats and dresses. Two Army soldiers in uniform but without firearms visible.
