DescriptionCarving of a young boy clown (8" tall) with a round ball (approx. 2 1/2" diameter) on a 1 1/2" base. The clown is wearing pants and top with wide ruffled collar and deep cuffs on the sleeves, a red pointed cap and red shoes. The collars and ruffs are lightly brushed in white paint. The cheeks, lips and forehead are slightly tinged red and the eyebrowns and eyes are outlined in black. The clown's left hand is bent at the elbow with forefinger pointing up. The round ball and base are not paintedl The back of the base is carved with the artists name. The clown's right hand is in his pants pocket.
