Ozaki is a thin older man with a mustache and wears a hearing aid in his proper L ear. His daughter sits to his proper L in a light colored suit with a large corsage and serves as his translator. Caucasian and Japanese men and women attend this event, including Frances Klein, descendant of Commodore Perry (neg 2, neg7).
