DescriptionBlack and white footage shot by Reverend Sensho Sasaki, circa 1927 to 1928. Footage includes children playing in the yard of the Buddhist church; visit to Yosemite; recreational activities (tennis and water-based); youth football and baseball sporting events; and the Young Men’s Buddhist Association (YMBA) on a trip to Sacramento. Other footage also includes Sasaki alone and with his daughters as well as an exhibition game with Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig during their barnstorming tour.
