The men are residents of Block 42 from Tule Lake War Relocation Center while segregated at Camp Tulelake (CCC camp). The men are lined up in 5 rows - front row sitting on long wooden box - others in 4 graduated rows behind them. There is a picture pasted to this photo in the upper right hand corner (inset) of six young men - 3 in front sitting on bench - 3 standing behind them. Bath house building just behind them.
