Colors are light purple, red, blue, green, brown and black. Japanese character signature "Chiura" and "tame Yamakoshi kun" -- indicating created by Chiura Obata and "for Yamakoshi kun" (meaning James Yamakoshi, the donor, a young man at the time), and red stamp at BLC. Cream colored mat surrounds the painting.
