Skip to main contentBiographyAccording to the 25th edition of the "Japanese-American" on July 19, 1924, Jiro Kozai was the publisher of the "Japanese-American", formerly known as the "Japanese-American Commercial Weekly", the third oldest Japanese journal in the United States as well as the first publication to publish an English page. Kozai succeeded several individuals before he became publisher on March 22, 1924.
