Three quarter length portrait of Matsui, a young woman in white gown and gloves with corsage at proper left shoulder. Includes Sumi Takemura, 1957 Nisei Week attendant pinning a corsage to Matsui's proper left shoulder; flanked by two women, ELA queen committee members Mio Fujita and Mabel Yoshizaki, holding a sign in front, "Emerald Ball".
