Written to the friends or relatives of detainees at Sand Island dentation center or U.S. Immigration Station, Ala Moana, Honolulu, T.H. The document notifies the family or friends of internees that they are authorized to send a certain amount of clothing and that all clothing must be clean and in serviceable condition by order of the Provost Marshal. Envelope postmarked on December 29, 1941.
