Description1 linoleum block of group of boy scouts around a flagpole. In the center, six boy scouts circle an American flag pole. A crowd of men stand in the foreground cheering them on. The mess hall is centered in the background, with two women standing at the door. Barracks and a guard tower in the background. The front of a car appears on the left side.
