Memorandum lists limited supplies and asks workers to report to pantry clerk about actual amounts of potatoes on hand, the next shipment will not be until the middle of August, to use it only when stated on menu; they will be sending ample amounts of banana squash over the next 2 weeks, to use the ones that are likely to spoil first and store the others. On lower right corner is "Tom Itaya" signed in red.
