DescriptionWatercolor painting on cream colored paper. Charcoal pencil sketch lines are visible under the watercolor paints. Painting has a man with baggage in center with part of a large ship and tugboat in the background to the right. To the UL are tall buildings. To the right side is a round structure with a wheel. Details are not filled in. Colors are very pale. There is a large off white border on all sides ( 1 3/4 - 3 3/4"). Note: item 2015.100.8 is painted on the reverse side.
