DescriptionCylindrical piece of machinery used to cut rice crackers. Wrapping around the center of the cylinder are dozens of small crescent shaped pieces of metal. One side of the cylinder is connected to a large cog, allowing it to roll over the dough, cutting out crescent shaped crackers known as kaki no tane.
