Identified men are Mr. Suzuki (Block Mayor), Mr. Sato, Mr. Nakamura, Mr. Kato, and Mr. Komai. On the back of the page there are more sketchs. The only identified man is Mr. Sugano. Some of these sketches are rear or side views of the men.
