Dressed in suit and eyeglasses, white-haired Takasugi stands in center; young woman stands to the right; two young men stand at either end. Station wagon decorated with Japanese flag in rear passenger window is parked facing left toward street. Cars and buildings line street at left. Paper lanterns between street lights directly behind group; "2nd ST" sign on light post. They are identified (left to right): Yoshiaki Nozaki, Takasugi, Fumie Aicha or Socha (?), and Yasahiko Takahashi.
